First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 25 times
Summary
This study looks at the long-term safety and how well the body handles a drug combination (elexacaftor/tezacaftor/ivacaftor, also known as Trikafta) in people with cystic fibrosis who are 12 months old or older. About 50 participants who completed a previous study will continue taking the medication. Researchers will monitor side effects and measure sweat chloride levels to see how well the treatment is working.
