New kidney drug aims to control IgA nephropathy Long-Term

Summary
This study tests the long-term safety and effectiveness of HSK39297 tablets in people with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease. About 73 adults who completed a prior study will take the drug daily for up to a year, with possible dose increases. The goal is to see if the drug can safely reduce protein in urine and protect kidney function over time.
