Summary

This study tests a new tablet, HSK39297, for long-term safety and effectiveness in people with IgA nephropathy, a kidney disease. About 73 adults who completed a prior study will take the drug daily, with a possible dose increase if needed. The main goal is to check for side effects, while also monitoring kidney function and protein levels in urine over time.
