Summary
This study tested a daily pill called ETC-1002 in 130 adults with high LDL cholesterol who either couldn't take statins or needed extra help. Over 52 weeks, the drug lowered LDL cholesterol and other harmful fats. The main goal was to check safety and how well the drug works long-term.
