Summary
This study checks the long-term safety and effectiveness of a gene therapy called CS-101 in 5 people with beta-thalassemia who already received the treatment. Researchers will watch for serious side effects, new cancers, and whether patients can stop needing blood transfusions for at least a year. The goal is to see if the therapy provides lasting control of the disease.
