New botox-like shot aims to loosen stiff arms for stroke survivors

Summary
This study tests a new botulinum toxin injection (YY001) for adults with arm muscle stiffness after a stroke. The goal is to see if repeated treatments are safe and help reduce stiffness over the long term. About 300 people aged 18 to 75 with upper limb spasticity will receive multiple injections and be monitored for side effects and improvement in arm function.
