New Botox-Like shot could ease stroke arm stiffness

Summary
This study tests a new botulinum toxin injection (YY001) for adults with arm muscle tightness after a stroke. About 300 people will receive multiple treatments over time to see if it is safe and helps with daily activities like dressing and hygiene. The goal is to reduce stiffness and improve quality of life.
