First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 24 times

Summary

This study followed 44 people with PTSD who had already completed a previous trial with the drug TSND-201 (methylone). Over 52 weeks, researchers checked their symptoms and safety each month. If symptoms returned, participants could get more treatment. The goal was to see if methylone can help control PTSD over the long term.
