Two-Year trial tests daily pill for chronic joint and skin disease

NCT ID NCT07286058

Summary

This study aims to learn about the long-term safety and effectiveness of a daily pill called zasocitinib for adults with active psoriatic arthritis, a condition that causes joint pain and skin issues. It is a continuation study for about 1,200 people who completed a previous one-year trial. Participants will take the pill daily for up to two years so researchers can monitor their health and see how well the treatment continues to work.
