Summary

This study continues testing the ORX750 medication for people with narcolepsy and idiopathic hypersomnia who completed an earlier trial. It aims to understand the long-term safety and effectiveness of the drug when taken over an extended period. The research will monitor side effects and how well the medication helps people stay awake and reduces daytime sleepiness.
