Summary

This study is tracking 500 people with hemophilia B who have received HEMGENIX gene therapy to see how well it works and how safe it is over many years. Researchers will compare these patients to others receiving standard preventive treatment. The goal is to understand if the gene therapy provides lasting protection from bleeding episodes and reduces the need for regular treatment.
