Summary
This study follows 33,000 adults with chronic hepatitis B to see how different antiviral treatments affect their health over 5 years. Researchers will compare drugs like entecavir and tenofovir, alone or with peginterferon, to find which best lowers liver cancer risk and helps clear the virus. Participants receive standard care, and no new treatments are tested.
