First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 32 times

Summary

This study follows people with aplastic anemia who previously received the drug romiplostim in earlier clinical trials. The goal is to see how well the treatment works over up to 5 years and to monitor any long-term side effects, such as new chromosome changes or blood cancers. About 36 participants are being observed, but no new treatment is given during this follow-up.
