5-year follow-up checks if imlifidase helps kidney transplants last longer

Summary
This study follows 150 people who received imlifidase before a kidney transplant to see how long their new kidney works. Researchers will check for graft failure (return to dialysis, re-transplant, or kidney removal) over 5 years. A separate group of similar patients not receiving imlifidase is also included for comparison.
