Summary
This study is observing patients for up to 5 years after they completed a previous clinical trial for aplastic anemia. The goal is to understand the long-term safety and effectiveness of the drug romiplostim. Researchers will track blood counts, the need for transfusions, and check for any serious health changes over time.
