Summary
This study looked at 283 adults who needed intensive care for severe COVID-19 lung problems. Researchers tracked who survived up to 4 years later and asked survivors about their quality of life, breathing, and ability to return to work. No new treatments were given—the goal was simply to understand long-term outcomes after critical illness.
