Summary

This study offers continued treatment with the cancer drug adagrasib to patients with advanced solid tumors who have already benefited from it in earlier studies. About 170 participants will receive the drug either alone or with other therapies, and researchers will monitor side effects and safety over time. The goal is to provide ongoing disease control for those who need it.
