Summary
This study looked back at medical records and followed patients to see which treatments helped people with Long COVID who have thinking problems like brain fog or memory loss. Researchers at Ohio State University tracked 171 patients to see if treatments like therapy, medication, or workplace changes improved their quality of life and thinking skills over six months.
