Summary
This study follows 140 adults with ALS over up to 3 years, collecting samples and health data to learn how the disease progresses. Researchers will measure proteins in spinal fluid and blood to find patterns linked to different symptoms. The goal is to improve diagnosis and patient care, not to test a new treatment.
