Summary
This study tests a drug called loncastuximab tesirine in 21 people with Waldenström macroglobulinemia, a rare blood cancer, whose disease has not responded to at least two prior treatments. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and lower abnormal protein levels. Participants receive the drug intravenously and are monitored for response and side effects.
