Summary
This early-phase trial tests a new drug, loncastuximab tesirine, combined with standard chemotherapy (DA-EPOCH-R) in 11 adults with aggressive B-cell lymphoma. The goal is to find the safest dose and see if the combination can control the disease. Participants must have certain types of lymphoma and not have had prior treatment.
