Summary
This early-phase study tests whether two drugs, loncastuximab tesirine and rituximab, given after precise radiation to the brain are safe and work against central nervous system lymphoma. It includes 12 adults whose cancer has returned or who cannot take standard chemotherapy. The goal is to find the best dose and see if tumors shrink.
