Summary
This study looks at whether adding surgery or radiation to the main tumor can help people with advanced EGFR-mutant lung cancer who have already responded to a combination of osimertinib and chemotherapy. About 70 adults will receive local therapy and be followed to see how long the cancer stays under control. The goal is to improve long-term outcomes, but ongoing medication may still be needed.
