Summary

This study tested whether a modified cold virus (LOAd703) is safe for people with pancreatic cancer. The virus is designed to infect and kill cancer cells while also boosting the immune system. 51 participants received the virus along with standard chemotherapy, with or without an additional immunotherapy drug. The goal was to see if the combination could shrink tumors and improve survival.
