New hope for back pain: experimental drug LNK01001 enters final trial

Summary
This study tests a new medicine called LNK01001 for people with active ankylosing spondylitis, a type of arthritis that causes back pain and stiffness. About 352 adults who haven't gotten enough relief from standard anti-inflammatory drugs will receive either LNK01001 or a placebo for 16 weeks, then everyone can get the real drug for 36 more weeks. The main goal is to see if LNK01001 improves pain, function, and inflammation better than placebo.
