Summary
This study tests a program called LiveWell, which teaches emotional coping skills based on Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), for people with metastatic lung cancer who feel anxious or depressed. About 80 participants will either join the program or receive usual care. The goal is to see if LiveWell is practical, acceptable, and helps reduce distress and improve quality of life.
