Summary
This study tests a type of internal radiation called high-dose-rate brachytherapy for people with liver tumors that cannot be surgically removed. The treatment uses a tiny radioactive source placed directly into the tumor to kill cancer cells while sparing nearby organs. Researchers aim to see how well it controls the disease in 60 adults with primary or secondary liver cancers.
