First seen Jan 10, 2026 · Last updated May 17, 2026 · Updated 23 times
Summary
This study tested different ultrasound-based techniques to measure liver stiffness in 72 adults with chronic liver disease. The goal was to see how well these newer methods compare to an established one, all without needing a needle biopsy. The results help doctors choose the best non-invasive tool for diagnosing liver damage.
