First seen May 09, 2026 · Last updated May 20, 2026 · Updated 2 times

Summary

This study tests a combination of chemotherapy drugs given directly into the liver (hepatic arterial infusion) plus standard chemo pills and IV drugs after surgery to remove colorectal cancer that spread to the liver. The goal is to see if this approach can prevent the cancer from returning for at least 3 years. About 28 adults who have had successful surgery and show no remaining cancer will receive 2 to 4 cycles of this treatment.
