Summary
This study is testing whether adding the drug abemaciclib to standard chemotherapy can help control advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver and has stopped responding to other treatments. It will involve about 16 patients whose cancer has progressed after two or three prior lines of therapy. The main goal is to see if this combination can slow the cancer's growth and is safe for patients.
