New combo therapy trial offers hope for Tough-to-Treat liver metastases
NCT ID NCT07441369
Summary
This study is testing whether adding the drug abemaciclib to standard chemotherapy can help control advanced colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver after other treatments have stopped working. It will involve about 16 patients at a single center in China to see if the combination is safe and effective at slowing the cancer's growth. The goal is to find a new treatment option for people who have run out of standard choices.
