Summary
This study looks at how fat in the liver changes the way children process the cholesterol drug rosuvastatin. Researchers will measure liver fat using MRI and track drug levels and response in 50 children aged 8-21 with high cholesterol. The goal is to understand if liver fat raises the risk of side effects or makes the drug less effective.
