Summary
This study aims to gather information on a specific blood test (hepatomiR) to see if it can predict when patients with advanced chronic liver disease might develop serious complications like fluid buildup in the abdomen or internal bleeding. Researchers will follow 156 adult outpatients with chronic liver disease to collect data on their health outcomes. The goal is to better understand risk factors for liver failure to improve future patient management.
