New Two-Pronged attack on breast cancer in the liver

NCT ID NCT06875128

Summary

This study is testing a two-step treatment for breast cancer that has mainly spread to the liver. Researchers want to see if a high-dose chemotherapy procedure that targets the liver directly, followed by standard cancer drugs, works better and is safer than using the standard drugs alone. The trial will involve about 90 participants whose cancer has progressed after other treatments.
