Summary

This early study tests a new treatment for liver cirrhosis using a patient's own bone marrow cells mixed with growth factors and exosomes. Ten adults with cirrhosis (any stage) will receive the cells through an IV. The main goal is to see if the treatment improves liver function scores. People with active cancer, severe infection, or who are pregnant cannot join.
