New hope for tough liver cancer: combo therapy targets tumors with vein clots

Summary
This study tests a combination of two immunotherapy drugs (iparomlimab and tuvonralimab, together called QL1706), a targeted therapy (bevacizumab), and chemotherapy given directly into the liver artery for people with advanced liver cancer that has spread into the main portal vein. The goal is to see if this treatment can shrink tumors and help people live longer without the cancer growing. About 38 adults who have not had prior treatment for their liver cancer will take part.
