New hope for liver cancer patients after first treatment fails
NCT ID NCT05168163
Summary
This study is for people with advanced liver cancer that has spread and cannot be removed by surgery, and whose cancer has continued to grow despite receiving a specific prior immunotherapy combination. It tests whether adding an immunotherapy drug (atezolizumab) to a standard cancer-fighting pill works better than the pill alone. The goal is to see if this combination can help control the cancer longer and help patients live longer.
