Scientists probe secrets of radiation treatment for advanced liver cancer
NCT ID NCT04491929
Summary
This study aims to learn more about how a radiation treatment called SIRT works for people with colorectal cancer that has spread to the liver. Researchers will collect blood samples from about 30 patients before and after their standard radiation treatment to look for biological markers. The goal is to understand how the treatment affects cancer cells and find clues that might predict who benefits most.
