Summary
This study aimed to find out which size of biopsy needle works better for diagnosing liver disease. Doctors compared a thinner 22-gauge needle to a thicker 19-gauge needle during the same procedure to see which one collected more complete tissue samples. The goal was to improve the accuracy of liver disease diagnosis while keeping patients safe.
