First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 26 times

Summary

This early-stage study tests whether combining a precise laser treatment (LITT) with the chemotherapy drug lomustine is safe and doable for adults whose glioblastoma has come back. About 20 participants will receive the laser procedure followed by chemo within a week. The main goals are to track side effects and see how many people complete the full treatment plan.
