First seen May 20, 2026 · Last updated May 22, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study compares two initial treatments for people with non-ischemic heart failure and a specific heart block. One group gets standard medications, the other gets medications plus a special heart pacing technique. The goal is to see if the pacing approach improves heart function more and reduces the number of patients who later need a defibrillator. The study involves 50 adults and follows them for up to 18 months.
