New pill shows promise for Hard-to-Treat lymphomas

Summary
This study tests a daily pill called lisaftoclax (APG-2575) in 75 adults with slow-growing lymphomas (CLL, WM, or MZL) who cannot take or have stopped responding to standard treatments. The goal is to see if the drug is safe and can shrink or control the cancer. Participants take the pill once daily in 28-day cycles until the disease worsens or side effects become too severe.
