Summary
This study tests an experimental drug called lirafugratinib in 30 adults with advanced solid tumors (not bile duct cancer) that have a specific genetic change called FGFR2 fusion or rearrangement. Participants take the drug regularly and visit the clinic for checkups. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors and how safe it is.
