Simple blood draws could reveal how cancers evolve during treatment
NCT ID NCT05708599
First seen Nov 01, 2025 · Last updated May 21, 2026 · Updated 26 times
Summary
This study collects blood samples from 102 people with non-small cell lung cancer, colorectal cancer, or pancreatic cancer to track genetic changes in tumor DNA over time. Participants continue their standard treatments while researchers measure how cancer DNA levels in the blood relate to tumor response. The goal is to develop better blood-based tests for early drug development, not to test a new treatment.
