Summary
This study is testing whether injecting cooled or warmed salt water (saline) directly into lipomas—harmless fatty lumps under the skin—can shrink them. About 20 adults with at least one lipoma will receive up to four treatments, each four weeks apart. The goal is to see if this simple, non-surgical method is a comfortable and effective way to reduce lipoma size and any related symptoms.
