Summary

This study tests whether a computer-based decision-support system helps doctors and patients manage cholesterol-lowering medication (evolocumab) more effectively. About 4000 people who recently had a stroke or mini-stroke will take part. The goal is to see if the system helps more patients reach their LDL cholesterol goal within one year.
