Summary
This study tests an investigational drug called linvoseltamab in 116 people with precancerous blood conditions (high-risk MGUS or non-high-risk smoldering multiple myeloma) that raise the risk of developing multiple myeloma. The goal is to see if the drug can eliminate abnormal plasma cells and lab markers, potentially preventing progression. Participants will be monitored for side effects and drug levels in the blood.
