Summary

This study tests a new device called LINQ that fuses the sacroiliac joint through a small incision. It is for adults with chronic low back or buttock pain that has not improved with other treatments. The study will compare the device to standard medical care in 200 people and measure pain relief, safety, and whether further surgery is needed.
