New device aims to ease stubborn back pain in landmark trial

Summary
This study tests a new device called LINQ that fuses the sacroiliac joint using a small incision. It is for adults with chronic low back or buttock pain that has not improved with other treatments. The study will compare the device to standard medical care in 200 people to see if it reduces pain and is safe.
