First seen Feb 28, 2026 · Last updated May 23, 2026 · Updated 10 times

Summary

This study tests a program that combines a mobile app with community delivery of PrEP (a medicine that prevents HIV) to help young people ages 13-24 stick with their prevention routine. Participants will receive PrEP at a convenient community location and use an app to support adherence. The goal is to see if this approach improves how consistently youth take or receive PrEP over 6 to 9 months.
